How the studio runs

Build, test, kill, scale — on repeat

Speed only works if you're honest about what isn't working. Killing is a stage, not a failure. Here's the same loop with four real products.

    We start in days, not quarters. BrainDump began this month — forward a document in, get it extracted, cross-linked and reminded automatically.

    Then it meets real users. Secureye is live with security agencies — QR, GPS and a selfie prove a guard actually showed up — still earning its traction in the open.

    Kill

    When the math doesn't work, we stop. whatsum had a paying client, but the infrastructure cost of summarizing chat at scale outran the revenue — so we retired it, on purpose.
