The story
SamHelp is the quiet one. It is a drop-in layer that adds live, screen-aware voice help to someone else's app: a user taps once and talks, and SAM can see the screen they are stuck on and walk them through it, in their language.
It is live today, and it runs across our own portfolio first — the apps SAM helps inside are ours. That is deliberate. The fastest way to find out whether an in-app voice guide really takes work off a support queue is to be the one carrying the queue.
What makes it strategic isn't the SDK, it's what it turns SAM into. Every product that embeds it is a place SAM lives that we didn't have to buy — the same voice and the same brand, riding inside other companies' software. Broad third-party adoption is the roadmap, not a claim about today.
