Why it is paused

Event and booking businesses live on WhatsApp already. The messages repeat — what time, how much, is there space, where is it — and somebody types them out by hand.

Samchatter handed that to a bot the partner controls themselves: an admin screen where they set what it knows and what it says, and a WhatsApp number their customers message like any other.

It is paused. Not because it did not work, but because the same capability kept getting better inside products with real users behind them — Sam PA on the assistant side, the voice core on the calling side. Running a third front for it would have meant taking attention off both.
