The story

Sam PA lives where people already are: inside WhatsApp. There's no app to install and no dashboard to learn — you just text it to set a reminder, log an expense, or hand off a task, in any of 10+ languages.

Its growth has been organic — no paid marketing — reaching people in 25+ countries, with paying users in eight of them, and it covers its own running costs. It spread the way tools inside a chat app tend to: person to person.

That's the whole opportunity. The referral loop is native to the medium — the assistant lives in the same chat app you'd use to recommend it — so growth and product are the same surface.

Sam PA is also where smaller experiments come home. Standalone notes and earlier assistant ideas folded into it rather than competing with it, which is the opposite of the usual instinct to keep everything separate.
