The story

Every product here needs video: an ad, a demo, a reel for a seller's storefront. Buying that out is slow and expensive, and doing it by hand does not scale across a catalogue this size.

So VideoGuru got built for us first. It makes the product and ad videos this company runs on, and it is the reason two other attempts at creative tooling — EasyInstaPost and MovAuto — stopped as separate things and folded in here instead. One engine, one place to improve it.

It is now being turned outward. Being your own first customer is the cheapest possible way to find out what a creative tool actually needs, and it has had months of that. What is left is the work of making it somebody else's tool rather than ours: the surface, the limits and the price.
