The story
Ask most chatbots a question about scripture and you get something that sounds right and cites nothing. For a text somebody actually believes in, that is worse than useless.
shruti answers from nine sacred texts and puts the verse behind every answer, so the reader can check it rather than trust it. Grounding is the entire product; the conversation is just how you reach it.
It runs inside Sam PA today, which is the fastest way to put it in front of people — no install, ask on WhatsApp in your own language. A separate app is coming for the people who want it on its own, with the texts to browse rather than only to ask.
