Why it is paused

Ultiassist was a prototype of the most useful thing an assistant on a phone can do: look at what the person is actually looking at, and tell them what to do next, out loud.

It streamed the screen and the microphone to a live assistant and spoke the guidance back. Crucially, it was guidance only — it never performed a tap or took an action on the user's behalf. That was a deliberate line, and the opposite of the one easyagent crossed.

It is paused because the capability outgrew the prototype. Screen-aware spoken help is now SamSupport, sitting inside other companies' apps, and the conversational half is Sam PA. This was the experiment that proved the shape was right.
