teachai
An AI-literacy course built for Indian seniors (50+).
Who it's for Indian seniors (50+) whose kids want them comfortable using AI tools
In the works — being built in the open.
The story
The people who would gain most from an assistant that answers in plain language are the ones least likely to try it. A senior who has been told for twenty years that they are 'not good with computers' does not open a chat window and start experimenting.
teachai is built for exactly that person: what AI is, what it is safe to ask it, and how to use it for the things they actually do — a letter, a form, a medicine name, a photo of a document.
The buyer is not the learner. In an Indian family it is the son or daughter who buys the phone, sets up the apps and answers the questions, so this is made to be given rather than found.
It is not deployed yet. The content and the shape are the work.
